Return & Exchange Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@hycdesign.com.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Items purchased under “Deals”
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Health & personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books or media with clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation of the return and whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable fees:
- 20% restocking fee (on net amount)
- Return shipping cost (if applicable)
- 3% bank transaction fee (on total amount)
Refunds typically process within 4–21 business days, depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account
- Contact your credit card provider - it may take 4-21 business days depending on your bank processing time.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are manufacture-defected. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at order@hycdesign.com and send the item to:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value
- Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking
- If we provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund
