Return & Exchange Information

At HYC Design, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned, and we are happy to help you with the process.

Product Return Period:

We accept returns of products under the following conditions:

  • 7 days for damaged products due to damaged packaging after the date of delivery.
  • 7 days if the customer has ordered the wrong product, provided that the shipped product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • 14 days following the delivery of the products, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • 14 days if the wrong product was shipped from HYC.

    Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees when returning the product and responsible for all "Product Return Shipping" carrier fees, unless the wrong product was shipped, or the product packaging was damaged, in which case HYC will cover all shipping costs.

    Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply, unless the return is related to an issue caused by HYC.

    *All products under Deals are considered final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
