Return & Exchange Information

Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Email us at order@hycdesign.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishables, personal care, or sanitary products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, minus applicable fees:

  • 20% restocking fee (net item cost)
  • Return shipping (if label provided)
  • 3% transaction processing fee (total amount)
  • A 5% cancellation fee applies to any order canceled prior to shipping. Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled after dispatch. Please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.

Refunds are typically processed within 4–21 business days depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 21 business days, contact your bank or email us at order@hycdesign.com.

Exchanges
We replace items only if defective. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if any item is defective or incorrect.

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns
If returning on your own, label your package “Return” and use a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
